Our Minneapolis store owner, George, became part of the Sunburst family as an installer in 1996 at the Chicago, Illinois location, and through hard work, knowledge of the product, and passion moved to sales in 1998. He was then tasked to open a Detroit, Michigan location in 2000, providing sales, as well as running the location as the General Manager. In May 2012, after some time also working in a Chicago store, George decided to take the next step when an opportunity to purchase a Sunburst location in Minneapolis, Minnesota presented itself. He purchased the location with Dawn, his wife, and started doing business as Grandview Shutters LLC, an authorized dealer for Sunburst Shutters. George and Dawn now provide the local Minnesota community 20+ years of experience in the interior shutter industry.
